Your own software instead of per-user fees
Standard software costs money every month, often per user and for features you do not need. Your own software costs the build once and then operations, regardless of how many people use it. Whether that pays off for you is something we work out in the sprint with your figures: current licences, working time and operations.
What applies in 2026 and what we deliver
E-invoicing
Since 2025 companies in Germany must be able to receive e-invoices, and from 2027 many must send them too. Software that creates or processes invoices is built for XRechnung and ZUGFeRD.
Accessibility
Since 28 June 2025 the German Accessibility Strengthening Act applies to many digital services for consumers. We build portals and apps for consumers to WCAG 2.2 AA.
Data Act
Since 12 September 2025 the Data Act governs switching between cloud services. With us, switching is secured by contract anyway: source code, data and access belong to you.
Cyber Resilience Act
If you sell software or connected devices yourself, reporting obligations for exploited vulnerabilities apply since 11 September 2026. We deliver a list of components and an update path for that.

Where your data lives
Your software runs on servers in Germany or on your own hardware. The source code is yours from acceptance at the latest, in your own repository from day one if you prefer.

What does custom software cost?
A prototype costs from €14,900, the finished software from €29,000. We name the fixed price after the sprint, once scope and interfaces are clear. If you commission the build within six months, the sprint is fully credited.
Can you replace an existing Excel or Access solution?
Yes. We migrate the data, rebuild the rules that live in formulas and macros today, and run both in parallel until your team has switched.
What if we want to change provider later?
You can, at any time. You have the source code, documentation and access, and any other provider can continue the work.
