Privacy policy

This is a translation. The German version is legally binding.

In short

• This website sets no cookies. There is no tracking, no analytics and no social media plugins. On your device it only stores one entry in your browser's storage (localStorage) once you close the note on cookies, so that it does not reappear on every page. The entry contains no personal data, is never sent to us and is strictly necessary (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it in your browser at any time.
• Fonts and all other files are served from our own server. No third-party content is embedded.
• The AI check, the funding calculator and the assistant run entirely in your browser. Your input is not transmitted.
• We process personal data only in the server logs and when you contact us.

2. Data protection officer

We have not appointed a data protection officer because there is no obligation to do so (Art. 37 GDPR, Section 38 BDSG). Please send data protection questions directly to us.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Inhaber René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Deutschland, on a server in Germany (data centres in Dresden). When a page is requested, the server automatically stores the following data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested address, amount of data transferred, status code and details of the browser and operating system.

The purpose is to deliver the website securely and reliably, for example to fend off attacks and to find errors. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is exactly this purpose. Logs are deleted after 7 days, unless a specific security incident requires longer retention for investigation. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

4. Encryption

The connection to the website is encrypted with TLS, shown by the lock icon and "https://" in the address bar.

5. Contact by email or phone

If you write to us or call us, we process your details (such as name, company, contact details and the content of your request) to answer it. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a contract or its preparation is concerned, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering your request. We delete the data once the request is settled, unless statutory retention obligations (for example under commercial and tax law for business letters) require longer storage.

Our emails are processed by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

6. AI check, funding calculator and assistant

The AI check and the funding calculator calculate entirely in your browser. Your answers and input are neither transmitted to us nor to third parties and are not stored. The AI check follows fixed rules and uses no artificial intelligence. If you choose "Discuss the result by email", your own email program opens with a draft; we only receive the data once you send it (section 5 then applies). "Copy result" only places the result on your clipboard.

The assistant at the bottom right answers questions with fixed answers that we wrote in advance. It uses no artificial intelligence and sends nothing to us or to third parties. Your choices and input stay only in the open page and are not stored. For a first call you can enter your name, email address and request there. "Open email draft" opens your own email program with these details; we only receive the data once you send the draft (section 5 then applies). "Copy text" only places the details on your clipboard.

The result is a non-binding suggestion. There is no automated decision within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as the Bitkom press release. Data only flows there once you click the link. The privacy policy of that provider then applies.

8. Recipients and transfers to third countries

The only recipients of your data are the processors named above. This website does not transfer data to countries outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3)). Simply write to hello@intragentic.de.

10. Right to object

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Our competent authority is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

12. Obligation to provide data

You do not have to provide any data to use the website. Without the technically required connection data, however, the website cannot be delivered. To answer a request, we need your contact details.

13. Changes

We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The version published here applies.
