AI agents for the work that comes back every week.

An AI agent reads documents, sorts enquiries and answers questions from your files. It proposes, your team approves, and every step stays traceable.

Documents, enquiries, knowledge

Incoming invoices

The agent reads invoices as PDF, XRechnung or ZUGFeRD, checks mandatory details and duplicates and submits them for approval.

Enquiries and quotes

An email or a form becomes a complete brief with follow-up questions and a draft quote based on your prices.

Inbox

The agent assigns emails to customers and cases, spots what is urgent and drafts replies.

Delivery notes and orders

Order, delivery note and invoice are matched. Differences in quantity or price go to the person responsible.

Knowledge assistant

Your team asks in their own words and gets answers from manuals, contracts and records, with the source and only from documents that person may see.

Where your team approves

Steps with consequences are technically locked until a person agrees: payments, deletions, messages to customers and amounts above a limit you set. Every proposal, approval and rejection is logged.

Quality you can measure

  • Before we start, we agree with you when a case is finished and what happens with exceptions.
  • Fixed test cases from your data check every change to model, instructions or interfaces.
  • Cost per case and error rate are in the monthly report.
  • We only state savings once we have measured the starting point.

What applies in 2026 and what we deliver

Labelling under Art. 50 AI Act

People who talk to an AI or receive content it generated must be able to tell. We build this labelling into every agent.

AI literacy under Art. 4 AI Act

Anyone using AI at work must take measures that promote their staff’s AI literacy. That is why the handover includes training for your team.

Data protection

Every project comes with a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Your data does not train anyone else’s models.

E-invoicing

From 1 January 2027 companies in Germany with more than €800,000 prior-year turnover must send e-invoices, from 2028 all of them. The invoice agent reads XRechnung and ZUGFeRD directly.

Overview as of October 2026, not legal advice.

Where your data lives

The agent runs in your own instance on servers in Germany or on your hardware. It only sees the mailboxes, folders and systems you grant it.

From our work

Questions and answers

Does the agent decide on its own?

Not for steps with consequences. It prepares, your team approves. Which steps it may complete alone, such as filing a document, we agree together.

Which model do you use?

By default open-source models on servers in Germany, or on your hardware if you prefer. We only use a model from a US provider with your consent. Because the process is not tied to one model, it can be switched later.

What does an agent cost to run?

We measure it in the prototype and show it openly as cost per case. On top comes operations from €490 a month.

Let’s talk about your process.

A first call takes 30 minutes and costs nothing. Afterwards you know which step fits.
