What Art. 4 AI Act requires
Art. 4 has applied since 2 February 2025 to everyone who provides or professionally uses AI systems, including small companies with a chat assistant. Since 27 July 2026 it requires measures that promote the AI literacy of staff. No certificate or specific course is prescribed; the German Federal Network Agency recommends documenting the measures well.

Part of the workshop covers handling personal data in AI tools, in line with the GDPR.

Where your data lives
We need no data from your company for the workshop. A week before, the list of AI tools you use and the list of participants are enough.
Questions and answers
Is one training enough for everyone?
For getting started, yes. Anyone using AI in sensitive processes, such as HR, needs deeper knowledge. We plan that with you separately.
Does the Digitalbonus fund the workshop?
Not on its own. Training is only eligible as part of introducing a solution.
