Our default for every project: an instance only for your company, with open models on servers in German data centres. You buy no hardware, operations cost from €490 a month.
Local AI on your premises
A server with a graphics card sits with you. We advise on the purchase, set up the model server with one or two models, harden it and hand it over. Setup costs from €4,900, you buy the hardware yourself.

Test before you buy
How well a model performs on your hardware depends on model size and graphics card. That is why we check with fixed test cases from your data whether the results are good enough before we recommend any purchase.
What applies in 2026 and what we deliver
Data protection
If the data stays on your hardware, we only access it for maintenance. For that, too, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.
AI Act
The AI Act obligations do not depend on where a model runs. Labelling and training are part of local AI too.

Questions and answers
What hardware do we need?
That depends on your tasks. For documents and questions about files, one server with one graphics card is often enough; large models need more memory. We only recommend specific hardware after testing with your data.
Does the Digitalbonus fund the hardware?
No. Servers and PCs count as standard hardware and are not eligible. Whether the setup can be funded as part of a solution, we clarify before the application.
Does the AI work without internet?
Yes, the models themselves need no outside connection. For updates and remote maintenance we only open a secured access.
