Plus monthly quality tests with a report and one day of development.

Switching without lock-in
After three months you can cancel with one month’s notice to the end of a month. We then hand over everything you need to keep running within 30 days, with four hours of switching support at no extra cost.
What applies in 2026 and what we deliver
Cyber Resilience Act
If you sell software or connected devices, you have had to report actively exploited vulnerabilities since 11 September 2026. In operations we keep the list of your components up to date and apply security updates.
NIS2
The German NIS2 implementation act has applied since 6 December 2025, mainly to companies in certain sectors with 50 or more employees or more than €10 million in both turnover and balance sheet total. Smaller companies often feel it as a requirement from their customers. We document updates, access and incidents so that you can provide evidence.

Questions and answers
Is operations mandatory?
No. After handover you can run the software yourself or through another provider. You have the source code, documentation and access for that.
What counts as further development?
New features, changed processes, additional interfaces. Tier M includes one day a month, tier L two; unused days expire at the end of the month. Beyond that we charge the day rate of €1,200 net.
