Example: custom software for documents, with an AI agent at workSketch of a small business application: a list of documents with the columns Document, From, Found and Status. An AI agent reads each document and fills in the fields. Invoice from Muster Holzhandel for 2,499 euros, due on 3 November, booked. Enquiry from Muster Bau for 12 timber windows by Friday, reply drafted. Delivery note for order 4471, matched. An invoice from Muster Glas for 6,850 euros waits for your approval, because a person signs off over 5,000 euros. The software runs in your business, on servers in Germany or on your own premises.

Software and AI from Nuremberg that runs in your business.

We build custom software and AI agents for small and mid-sized businesses in Franconia: at a fixed price, on servers in Germany or on your own premises and, where eligible, with a grant of up to 50 percent.

Sketch it, build it, then it runs.

This is how your documents become your own software, with an AI agent that reads and handles them from now on. Every step ends with something you check before the next one begins.

  1. Step 1:

    Sketch

We sit down with you and draw the process as it is today: where is time lost, what data exists, who decides? The result is clear priorities and honest limits.

59out of 100 companies using AI say they are not tapping its potential.

    Duration
Half a day to five days
  2. Step 2:

    Build

The sketch becomes software: AI reads your documents, the rules are fixed, your systems are connected. Your team tests early with real data, so in the end it is software people like to use.

42out of 100 companies using AI name lack of acceptance in the team as an obstacle.

    Duration
    Four weeks to three months
  3. Step 3:

    Run

Then the process runs in your business: on servers in Germany or on your own hardware on site. We take care of monitoring, quality tests and updates, and every month you see what the system costs and what it got done.

54out of 100 companies using AI name hard-to-calculate costs as an obstacle.

    Duration
    Monthly, from three months

Fixed prices for software and AI, one step at a time.

Every step delivers a usable result. Then you decide whether to go further. That applies to custom software just as much as to AI.

AI sprint

Five working days

€4,900

It ends with a decision: prioritised use cases, a clickable prototype and an honest cost estimate.

  • Interviews with the future users
  • Feasibility with your real data
  • Clickable prototype of the interface
  • Running costs per month
  • Documents for a funding application

Prototype

Four weeks

from €14,900

One use case with real data, for example a customer portal, an app for your field technicians or an agent that pre-sorts enquiries.

  • Runs on your real data
  • Quality measured with fixed test cases
  • With AI: cost per request shown openly
  • Feedback rounds with your team

Production build

Fixed price after the sprint

from €29,000

The prototype becomes software for everyday work: connected to your systems, and allowed to do only what we agree on together.

  • Connection to email, Microsoft 365 or industry software
  • Every action technically checked and logged
  • Approvals show exactly what will be sent: recipient, text, attachments
  • Acceptance report including tests with tampered documents
  • With AI: labelling under Art. 50 AI Act
  • Training and handover to your team

If the build follows within six months, the sprint counts in full.

Worked example, not a commitment and not funding advice. You apply yourself through your ELSTER business account, and the district government decides. We provide the quote and the description of services for it.

First systems of our own, now also systems for clients. Some run every day, one is still a prototype. Here is honestly how far each has got.

Also in use

  • Cybersecurity assistant

An AI agent tests web applications for security flaws. It tests only what has been explicitly approved, never touches real user data and writes up every finding as a report that can be reproduced step by step.

  • AI hardware with ESP32 and Raspberry Pi

ESP32 and Raspberry Pi connect on-site devices to AI agents. These small computers use little power and need no PC next to them.

  • GPU stacks for your own models

Servers with graphics cards, set up from the driver to the API. They run open-source models and agents without sending requests to an outside AI service.

  • Agents and bots

Our first choice is Hermes Agent, an open-source framework with memory: reachable via Telegram or email, each agent in its own sealed-off environment. We also run an agent on OpenAI and a bot on Grok.

AI check: where does AI pay off for you?

Six questions, about three minutes. The evaluation follows fixed rules, without AI, and runs only in your browser. No data is transmitted.

Which industry are you in?
How many people work for you?
Where do you lose the most time?
Where is your most important data?
Does your team use AI yet?
How far along are you?

Your data stays in Germany or on your premises.

You decide which model sees your data. Five setups, from a provider’s service to graphics cards in your own building.

at the provider

in your own building

  1. Our default

    Open-source models in Germany

A dedicated instance per client, open models on servers in Germany.

  2. Cloud service on request

    Claude by Anthropic

Your agents work with Claude, connected through Anthropic’s API.

  3. Cloud service on request

    OpenAI and other providers

Many clients already have access to OpenAI or other AI APIs. We connect what is already there.

  4. Data centre in the EU

    Rented GPUs in the EU

For one client, the agents run on GPUs from our partner Leafcloud in Amsterdam. Leafcloud places its servers in residential buildings, where their waste heat warms the water.

  5. On the client’s premises

    Your own GPUs on site

For another client, the agents run entirely on their own graphics cards, with no cloud service.

  • Servers in Germany or on site

On servers in Germany or on your own hardware. Other models only with your consent.

  • Data processing agreement

For every project under Art. 28 GDPR. Your data does not train anyone else’s models.

  • AI Act labelling

Your customers always know when they are talking to an AI (Art. 50).

  • No lock-in

Code and data belong to you. You can switch at any time.

One studio, two minds.

Intragentic is an AI and software studio from Nuremberg. We both write the code ourselves and have clearly divided roles: one designs and builds your AI automation and software, the other protects it and your data against attacks.

More about us

Questions about software, AI and funding

Do we need our own IT staff?

No. We handle planning, building and operations. What matters is one contact person who knows the process in question.

Do you also build software without AI?

Yes. Customer portals, internal tools, apps and interfaces to your industry software, at the same package prices. We only add AI where it genuinely improves a process.

Can the AI run on our premises without any cloud?

Yes. We set up open-source models on your own hardware on site, from from €4,900. You buy the hardware yourself and we advise on the choice; it is not eligible for the Digitalbonus. Afterwards we maintain the system remotely through operations.

Will our data end up with a US provider?

Only if you explicitly want that. By default you get a dedicated instance for your company with open-source models on servers in Germany, or on your own hardware if you prefer. We only use a model from a US company with your consent, even if it runs in a data centre in the EU. Every project comes with a data processing agreement, and nothing is used to train AI models without your consent.

What if the sprint shows AI is not a fit?

Then we say so clearly. That is a result too, because it saves you from an expensive wrong decision. Often plain software without AI is the better fit, and we build that too.

Who owns the code?

You do. On full payment you receive the exclusive rights of use to everything we build for you. You get the source code in a repository at acceptance at the latest, or in your own repository from day one if you prefer. You may keep using any building blocks we bring along without time limit. The details are set out in Section 11 of our terms (in German).

How soon is there a first result?

The sprint takes five working days, a prototype four weeks. With a funding application, add the processing time of the funding authority.

Do you work for larger companies too?

Yes, on request. For larger mid-sized companies and corporations we prepare an individual quote instead of package prices, for example when several departments, own security requirements or an IT department are involved. The Digitalbonus is only available to companies with fewer than 50 full-time equivalent employees.

Do you work outside Franconia?

Yes, online across the German-speaking region. We offer on-site workshops in Franconia. The Digitalbonus is only available to companies in Bavaria.

Which task annoys you the most?

Tell us in one sentence what you do by hand every week. We will tell you honestly whether AI helps. A first call takes 30 minutes and costs nothing.
